The problem

A team selling on WhatsApp and by phone needs one place to reply, log orders and see who earned what this month.

What I built

A shared WhatsApp inbox (text, images, audio, templates, reactions), order and cold-call logging, and push notifications. Postgres triggers recompute each salesperson’s monthly orders, revenue and commissions.

Technical details

Audio converted server-side with ffmpeg before sending
Search and autocomplete over 433 courier cities
Distinct-order counting in triggers to avoid double counting
