The problem

Cash-on-delivery merchants have money sitting at the carrier, and matching Shopify orders to parcels is manual work, with statuses in three languages. Nobody sees the stuck cash in time.

What I built

A SaaS that pulls parcels from Moroccan carriers by API or desktop scraper and reconciles them with Shopify or CSV orders. An LLM labels unknown carrier columns once, cached by structure: one paid call per carrier.

Technical details

Carrier credentials encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM)
Personal data masked before any LLM call, Arabic-Indic digits included
Idempotent Stripe webhook: a late replay cannot reactivate a cancelled plan
Camera barcode scanning to receive returns

The result

The app works in French, English and Arabic (text written right to left), and every change must pass 206 automated tests and a full production build.
