An agent that works is not yet a product

The merchant signs up, connects the store and pays, with no sales call.

The full onboarding on demo data: the merchant signs up, connects a Shopify store, picks and pays a plan, then opens the agent guardrails.
The sign-up form filled in, demo data: store name, phone, email and password, before the account is created.
The agent sandbox once the Shopify store is connected, demo data: the imported products listed, account still on free trial.
The billing page once the plan is paid, demo data: AI token bar and unlocked sections in the sidebar, plan badge in the header.
The AI agent settings, demo data: agent voice, anti-hallucination and anti-injection always on, auto-confirm reserved to higher plans.

The problem

A working agent is not a product: merchants need to sign up, connect their store and pay without a call.

What I built

A multi-tenant Next.js and Supabase platform with the tenant written into the login token for fast row-level security, Shopify and YouCan integrations, and guardrails applied to every model reply before it is sent.

Stripe webhook stores and answers in under 100 ms; a cron drains the queue
Internal calls signed on timestamp and body, 5-minute replay window
Token ledger wired into LLM cost tracking
37 server functions, 38 versioned migrations

The result

Calls from Shopify, Meta and Stripe are signature-checked (4 signature types, timing-safe), and public access is revoked on 22 database functions.
