The workshop finds out about orders too late

You approve an order, then Shopify and the parcel follow by themselves.

A run through the dashboard, demo data: the orders to process, one approval (Shopify and the parcel follow), the fulfilled list, then a design uploaded and tagged by the AI.
Orders to process, demo data: each card shows the design, the garment, the total to pay and the Approve button.
Approval dialog, demo data: Shopify is marked fulfilled, the parcel is created and the workshop sheet is generated without customer data.
Fulfilled orders, demo data: the approved order at the top with its “in production” badge, and no Approve button left.
Design library, demo data: an uploaded design tagged automatically with its niche, confidence and keywords, waiting for review.

The problem

Every validated t-shirt order has to be marked in Shopify and turned into a courier parcel, and new designs pile up untagged.

What I built

A real-time React dashboard: one approval, and the database marks the order fulfilled in Shopify and creates the parcel. Uploaded designs are tagged automatically by Gemini Vision.

Technical details

Realtime channel authenticated with the user token to pass row-level security
Signed storage URLs with a public fallback
Component tests and end-to-end tests with the network fully mocked

The result

The screen reacts instantly, undoes the change if something fails, and catches up after every disconnection, so no order update is missed.
